They were in my neck of the woods and stopped by. Good folk, glad to see them again. I think he likes my new Vaquero.

Some of the guns I bought out to show.

    What's his favorite one?
My thoughts are generally clear. My typing, not so much.

Always good to have good company stop by! I see a couple of rifles I'd like to have laying out there.

Cool cat checking out the hunting gear for mice. :roll2:

Let me add, we spent a short while chatting with a good guy. The shape of Chiefs guns is amazing. He is Lucky that 45-70 didnt fit in my pocket, someone may have stole it from him

Still not sure why I bought the Marlin besides the fun factor and being on "Clearance" fer $299. Hey reminds me I should be gettin my $50 rebate from Marlin any day now.

You two are good company and always welcome in my humble abode.

I do miss having them just down the road... When are YOU headed back North?

December Holidays in Colorado with the girls; wife wanted a "White Christmas" for them (Will be local summer by then) and since a good friend of ours in a little Western mountain town has been begging us to visit him for a long time, off we go! Will be difficult to meet anyone from here due to the remote location (My pal is picking us at Denver as soon as we land) and tight schedule, but will see if something can be fixed.

Hope to return to the FL area next year, but will see how things develop during our summertime. Would be very nice to meet the gang at Teach's, but too early to plan things out.

Did you at least tried? While helping assembling the local "CSI" gun collection I almost got away with this "spare" I planned to "liberate":

Too bad the flash hider protrude from below my jacket and they caught me as I was boarding the elevator; my cop friend grabbed me by the ear and made me return it to the gun safe, despite my convincing argument that they already had one in exhibit and it won't do any good for anyone having the other one indefinitely stored!

I thought about it. Heck BC stole it so it would almost be OK to borrow it fir a while
