Snow squall blew in this a.m. and left about 1' on the ground. Need some rain so we can get back after steelhead on the river....

I wish it would snow here. This summer was miserable.

My uncle said it was snowing up there. Too bad I left on Sunday. Sigh.

I love snow, I miss snow, although I consider myself to be a native Floridian ( moved here in 39), I lived a large part of my life in snow country, I know it can be a pain when you have to work in it, I wish I could move back to Co., Id., or Wi.

I wish. Youth deer season is going to be upper 70s. That sucks.

Going to be in the mid 80's on opening weekend here.

We had 3, slushy, inches a couple weeks ago. If was 65 and sunny today. We had a lot or rain from el nino this summer, we'll probably have a light winter. Light at 8400 feet in the Rockies is a very relative thing, though. Our total snowfall in my area last winter was 18 feet.

Cold, wet and rainy today. Dropped into the upper 30s...I had to wear my heavy polo shirt.

We got up to 50 today, thought I was going to have to wear a jacket but didn't need it.
Do have some fog going on outside tonight.

A foot or an inch? Should be good for deer season either way.

We were supposed to get snow this a.m., but at my end of the lake, we got rain...and the first 2 hour delay. Our school district is quite large. Top of the lake got 2 inches.

Where are the pictures. No pictures it didn't happen.

Won't need to worry about snow here in the desert. It's going to be 98 today. But I can drive 2 hours to Flagstaff to see snow all year long on the San Francisco Peaks.

    Yesterday AM, it was 32F.

New skis, a trip to Okemo booked, back blade on tractor waiting to fill the Black Ops Fund, new tires on the wifes and my trucks, furnace cleaned.

    Cmon whitestuff.

7 Day forecast is for highs in the 80s and 90s, and lows in the 50s and 60s. I can't wait for winter to be over, and warm summer weather returns.

Been 80° here. Dryer than a BBC news cast too.

It snowed here about three weeks ago for about twenty minutes then turned to rain and washed away. I'm supposed to take my camper and head for the San Juan mountains this weekend. I drew a deer tag again but am not crazy about the weather outlook. Weather has been unseasonably warm, 60s day and 30s at night. It is supposed to cool off some this week and will be cooler at 9-10k' but not even long john weather. Maybe it will fool the deer into thinking hunting season hasn't started yet and they don't have to hide.

We've been breaking or tieing record highs here for several weeks. Been 90+ somewhere in MS for 2 wks or more. We're running 15-20 degrees above normal. And no appreciable rain in 2 mos.

Same here, 88 today and severe drought. At least it's not humid.

We are going to be warm also, just below freezing at night. Deer are going to go nocturnal with their winter coats on. Folks are seeing the bucks chasing does this week though, so maybe they will be moving.

Pretty much a standard fall this year. We almost hit record highs, and went under record lows. Pretty much exactly like it normally is. A little cooler quicker so the leaves didnt get to go through a long change this year. Green, Orange, ground. Still plenty of color in the woods though.
