Do I need a .40 S&W / 10mm crimp die?

I use a Lee Carbide 3 die set for my .40 S&W. All of my loaded rounds drop into the chamber perfectly. Do I need a Factory Crimp Die? My die set is less than 5 years old.

If you crimp a straight wall case that headspaces on the case mouth at all, you need a taper crimp die, not one that changes headspace by rolling the case mouth over. If you're not having chambering problems, just keep doing what you're doing and be sure to check the case length periodically to make sure it's not stretching. That's usually not a problem with an autoloading pistol round.
