Both idiots..............looks like the biker kept going? Poor dude in the pickup got flipped and was minding his own business. Hope they both get thrown in jail and they throw away the key.

Typical California drivers.

This obviously was a continuation of something that happened previously. My guess would be that - AS IS USUAL in Cali - somebody couldn't get out of their own way, and the other somebody got upset about it. If I had to point fingers, the motorcycle was probably going too slow and the car driver took exception to that. I say that because motorcycles often go slow in Cali - but I could also have it backwards as I wasn't there.

Of course we don't know the whole story, but we know we have two heads involved. Biker was a dumbass for kicking the car. Driver was a dumb ass for swerving into the biker.

And the biker was a class A jerk for fleeing the scene of the accident.
