CCW application

The wife and I applied for our CCW permits yesterday. It was fairly painless, since we both have a military background, we didn't need to take a class. The thirty question application was rather repetitive since it mostly asked if you were ever convicted of certain felonies, DUI's, drug use, etc.
I told them they could trim it down to one simple yes or no question:
Have you ever been on an episode of "Cops", shirtless, with a woman standing in the doorway of a mobile home yelling "Throw his butt in Jail.":rotflmao:

Same here, no class required because I'm retired military. However, FLA will send you a huge envelope of stuff to read. There was a backlog a few years ago. The state's dummycrats raided to 6 or 8 million the program had set aside to run the CCW permit program. They just couldn't stand to see all that money not being spent or given away. It was in the black column. I think they have fixed it some by now.

There are/were CCW Websites by gun-owners and another by the state to give you updates on how it is working. The state one may allow you to look for progress in your application.

The more CCW holders in FLA (or any state), the happier I am:applause::applause::applause::applause::applause:
