Oops I did it again

This hunting trip was short and sweet. A real blitzkrieg. Went after the work to see if any whitetails are on the move as it's been raining almost all day. Weather was a bit better and it was dripping away a few drops every now and then. We didn't have to wait for too long. Less than hour when I saw young doe coming to eat some grass from the forest. I waited about ten minutes to get a broad side shot. Distance was about hundred yards. Freezer is filling up quickly.

I haven't seen any bucks yet but some other guys who live in the middle of our hunting area have seen them. There's supposed to be a couple of real monsters. Rutting hasn't started yet here. I guess I'm moving to bucks from now on as I have a lot of venison again in the freezer.
Luckily we have a lot of licenses left as no one hasn't shot any bucks this season.

Nicely done! :win:
Gun control laws make about as much sense as taking ex-lax to cure a cough.
Turdus, me thinks you got this hunting stuff down pretty good now!

I'm so in love with that rifle. It was 3rd of september last year when I shot my first big game with it. Roe deer. Now, only twelve months later I have got 12 big game animals with it. And six months out of that year has been out of season => no hunting.
I just can't believe my luck. And as I'm a bit of superstitious I "know" that I can't never hunt with anything else unless I want to lose my luck
