I didn't consider that one. I do love chorizo and egg burritos. But, gotta be good chorizo. Not the "beef, chicken and pork" chorizo. 100% beef chorizo for me.
San Manuel is my favorite of the store bought. I've had it home made, but that depends on the cook. Home made it can be really good or it could SUCK Bad!!! If it's good it is usually wonderful with eggs.

Corned beef hash fried with egg in hole in the center.
Egg poached in milk and put on top of wheat toast with real butter.
Omelet with onion tomato and bacon, whisk egg with a bit of milk and start cooking on stove in cast iron pan. Drop veggies and bacon in salt and pepper to taste then put in 350 deg oven till done.

I DO like scrambled duck or goose eggs, but no longer have either ducks or geese. They don't have that chikkin egg taste that puts me off from all those powdered eggs I choked down. Ducks and geese don't fare too well here now since some fool idiot in the county road commission thought it would be a good idea to pave the road. The potholes that mysteriously appeared in the dirt road slowed down traffic speeds considerable. :uhm: :roll2: :tooth:

Speaking of ducks, has anyone here ever had duck sausage?
Nope, but probably a might better than Duck Soup!
