So this eco group is suing the Gov of Colorado "Seeks Recognition of Rights for the Colorado River"

Denver, Colorado–In a first-in-the-nation lawsuit filed in federal court, the Colorado River is asking for judicial recognition of itself as a “person,” with rights of its own to exist and flourish. The lawsuit, filed against the Governor of Colorado, seeks a recognition that the State of Colorado can be held liable for violating those rights held by the River.

The question isn't who is going to let me; it's who is going to stop me.

The change in the political landscape of Colorado from 1990 to now is very disheartening. It was a great place to live, and I enjoyed it immensely. Sadly, I'm glad I no longer live there.

I just now gassed up the car. Watch a young kid trying to pull through the parking lot butt his front tire up against a 90° 12" curb and then sit there confused as to why his big 4×4 wouldn't move. This is normal here.

I should be surprised at this litigation?:uhm:
