A few prayers please

I received word yesterday evening that my Grandpa passed away overnight Monday.

He had just turned 91 last week. The past several years were marked by dementia and overall general decline in his health. Grandpa still lived in the home he and Grandma raised four kids in. Four of us took turns on the weekends going over and cooking and making sure Grandpa took his meds. During the week a lady came out checked on him.

I am very sad for my Dad and Uncle but at the same time I thank God for calling Grandpa home. He gets to be with Grandma again and I know how much he missed her. He is not confused anymore either.

If you would pray for my Dad and Uncle I would greatly appreciate it.
I am afraid we forget sometime that the basic and simple things brings us the most pleasure.
