Friend of mine was in Vegas yesterday....

AntonioAntonio Senior MemberPosts: 2,396 Senior Member a 4-day work trip, and having the last day off he went to a mall and there he saw a Guitar Center store, where he purchased a new Fender bass, and as soon as he left the place with the big plastic case it came in, everybody was looking him oddly; same at his hotel and when in his way to the airport, the cab driver even asked with a worried look in his face what was he carrying there, and showed evident relief when he opened the case to make him see that it was a musical instrument. Of course he quickly understood why everybody was kinda jumpy around him.

Sadly, seems like the effects of the horrible rampage of that mass murderer will hang in peoples' minds for a while.

Yeah, it will be a while before everyone out there in Vegas gets settled down. Something like that can make people jumpy for a long time. And seriously speaking, you can carry a lot more in a guitar case than a guitar!
If the U.S. Congress was put in charge of the Sahara Desert, there would be a shortage of sand in under six months.
