Coonan

Earlier this month, I went on the yearly guy’s trip that centered around guns, fishing, drinking, cooking and bad movies. It’s always a hell of a time, and we always try and bring new guns that are cool and impressive.

This year, one of my buddies brought a Coonan .357 Magnum 1911 (ish). I have to say, that is one hell of a nice gun. If I had the funds, I would definitely pick one up for giggles.

For some reason, Coonan’s are known for blowing fire rings. His was no exception, and I was able to catch a few on the slo-mo camera:

I ran it through some drills, and I have to tell you that firing it from a close retention position is an... exhilarating experience.

Hey cool 'Ring O Fire'.............I don't believe I've ever fired a Coonan, I did fire a LAR Griz .45 Win Mag before, quite a bark.

I'd rather have my sister work in a whorehouse than own another Taurus!
