FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is said to be stepping down. Don't have any details on hows and whys but looks like the emails they found are starting to take their tole with the Bureau. I don't have a site, I'm watching it live on FOX News.

It is common knowledge that he was retiring in March. He is using all his leave time to bridge the gap between now and then. Nothing unexpected here.

I was referring to goose down and steeping as in increasing moisture content since Snake has been on a role lately.

Rumor has it they're about to have a name change. Instead of F.B.I.- - - - - -they're going to be called the "F.I.B."

I stole that one from the "Day By Day" web comic!

FBI: Frequently Bungled Investigations: Federal Bureau of Insurrection: Fornicating Bilgerats Incorporated. I could go on for a while, but those three fit pretty good.

I have always wondered who would go after crooked cops & law makers..And what will they do when they find them .
To many seem to be able to retire & walk away. ( any of us would be doing time ) & be broke from attorney fees.

Supposedly, the Department of Justice Inspector General keeps tabs on the FBI. He is the one who hasn't been heard from, and nobody knows where he stands on all of this. The FBI Director says we should wait on his report, due at some unspecified time in the future. The problem I have with that is that he is an Obama appointee, and he has had nothing to say about the investigation of Hilary's uranium deal, the Fusion GPS dossier, or the dropped investigation of her private server and the still missing 30,000 emails, or Bill Clinton's secret meeting on the tarmac with the AG. That all happened a year or two ago, and there has been nothing but silence from the IG office and the AG office.

So, I'm all for the release of the Intelligence Committee memo that is supposed to contain facts relating to the FBI illegally obtaining FISA warrants to spy on Trump's campaign and eventually cause a special investigator to be appointed for a witch hunt that has yielded zero evidence related to its specified purpose. Maybe then will the IG be willing to come out of hiding and spill the beans. The FBI is in full CYA mode, and I'm ready to find out why.

We all are. i watched some guy of importance yesterday on Fox saying he had seen the Memo and it was damaging. So let the dam go, let the waters flow. Do it. I'm sick and tired of waiting for the big cover up to be uncovered.

Sometimes that works. When the tech inspector at the race track in Merced California retired, the track owner hired the biggest cheater among the racers to be the new inspector. He knew how to find all the sneaky tricks! Most of the tech inspectors I've had to deal with were dumb as a box of rocks and didn't know where to look for the more imaginative ways to work around the rules! Ditto for crooked politicians and the people who supposedly try to keep them in line!

The FISA memo has been released. It states that the FISA warrant used to spy on Trump and his associates was based in part on the dossier paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign. Of course, the dems are crying foul, claiming that it's inaccurate or incomplete, and that they have a memo of their own. I don't know if it's been released yet.

I've only heard of one named mentioned in the memo. It's some guy named Ohr in the DOJ who has already been demoted. Supposedly, he has been leaking information to the press.

I'm sure that by the end of the day we will all know a lot more about the memo.

I just finished reading the memo in its entirety, and it also mentions that the FISA warrant was sought with the full knowledge of its details by all three Assistant AG's, including the one who is still there, Rosenstein, and then Director of the FBI, Comey.
