    G1 was kind enough to drop BOTH his sheds in front of my friends house last night!!


    That’s the first pair I’ve found this year. So far, I’ve found 1 shed from the following bucks:
    Groucho
    Son
    Inboard
    Monster

    Crazy 88 has left the building. Running the ranch, doing my normal search for yotes, sheds, ants, digs, etc………I found him dead. 

    His antlers weee within 10 feet of the body. 
    I suspect old age. I don’t THINK yotes could have taken him down. I guess I think they’d have done more eating on the body than this. Looks more like age and then the caracaras got to him. He was probably 6-7 years old and did have that head trauma. Who knows?  I’ll miss him. It was fun to see what crazy horns he’d have every year. I did try to get someone to take him this past hunting season as I assumed Thais was all he’d be. Nobody wanted him…….and I guess I was right. 

    He was running partners with Midge. Almost inseparable.
