EDC Flashlight recommendation

On my last biz trip, my current EDC Flashlight eyeball melter went MIA.  It was an Olight M2R Warrior: https://olightworld.com/led-flashlights/tactical/olight-m2r-warrior
It was pretty close to being perfect for what I wanted, but there were a couple of cons that I did not like:
-The clip.  Not as positive, and the 's' type clip would get hooked on stuff.  Which is PROBABLy how it went missing
-Beam width.  Very bright, very long throw, but the corona was very wide and would give a LOT of splashback when trying to look past something
-A little larger than I would like, but I can work around that.

Plus, it was a hunnert bucks, and it pisses me off that I left a C-note on a plane.

So... any suggestions?  I'd like it to be rechargeable, with a secure pocket clip and a long beam throw.

I'm going to order a Surefire EDC2-T once my preferred supplier has it in stock again.

My EDC is a Nebo Redline I got at NAPA Auto $20.00 uses 1 AA battery 1 - 6 zoom with strobe flasher, 4" long with belt clip. Of all my small lights this is the best, as good or better than most of my more expensive lights.

Streamlight Stylus Pro, there's always one in my back pocket. Over the years I've tried a lot of lights that were ok but this suits my needs best. It's light, compact, bright, durable, and cheap. I don't care for rechargable flashlights because if my batteries are weak or dead, I want to be able to run into almost any store to buy new batteries.

After spending an embarrassing amount of money on flashlights over the years I finally found what I was looking for when I bought a J5 Tactical.  The thing is pocket-sized, built like a tank, adjustable beam width, bright as hell (has that strobe function if thats something that turns your crank), runs on a single AA battery and most importantly, won't break the bank when I, inevitably, lose it. $20.00.....try

I have a Fenix PD35. This light has 4 brightness settings with 1000 lumen output on high and boast a 60 minute run time at high output, holy crap brightness. The light is rechargeable and has a clip. I like it a lot,

I have to add a new flashlight to an EDC kit. The last one was cheap so it's gone in a scrape.  Just finding a durable flashlight. Get some good reviews about Streamlight 66134 Stylus Pro smallest flashlight from here https://bestflashlightsreviews.com/small-flashlights-reviews/. Is there anyone using this flashlight? any suggestion is helpful.

I have three different sizes of Streamlight USB rechargeables.  The Macrostream is probably the closest thing to what you're looking for..

I have used multiple Streamlights, Fenix, and Nebo lights at work. On/Off 30-50 times a day. All have failed. By 6 months at most. 3 months average.....

    welcome,

fwiw,...i have several i use depending on my needs....for the most part the only i have for EDC is for work. Mind you, it gets dropped alot since it usually rides in my disposable smock pocket and the pockets will eventually tear and it has a small crescent wrench for company so if the wrench doesnt tear the pocket, something else will.  Also with the chemicals around i have to be careful about what i touch and may transfer.

But i have a couple of the streamlights Propolymer AA series.  I had/have one that uses 4 AA and it lasts a long time ...more than 2 weeks...due to lower lumens...then i got a brighter one with an LED Array and its nice too but the batteries dont last as long due to the higher output.

for travel i have something Fenix E12.  no clip and probably wont have the output you want.  I also have another Fenix similar to the E12 but with higher output and a clip.  I removed the clip since it wasnt needed.  I also have some LD22s of various versions.  I like them since again, they used 2 AA batteries and would last 2 + weeks of use at work.

    have fun in your search.
