Did I under pay?

11 partial cans of powder for deer calibers, 2500 primers, a case trimmer, a powder trickler, a kinetic puller, .44 dies, .44 magnum brass, calipers, Lee Auto Prime, reloading manuals X2, shell blocks for holding shells, all for $120, all used. My neighbor is consolidating after her husband went into the assisted living facility and her kids went through and took what they wanted, do I owe my neighbor some more money? Left a bunch off 7MM bullets, 7X57 brass, and 7MM mag brass if anybody wants me to go back, don't have that caliber being reloaded with the immediate family.

I saw at least $200 worth without the powder. However, I doubt they'd get much more than what you paid unless they sat on it for awhile and I doubt you could have gotten all that for $120 new or in a store. I do think you got a deal but they came out ok too.

What grain 7mm  bullets? How much 7x57 and how much 7mm Mag brass?
Last time I bought primers I paid about $30 for 1,000.

No you gave them a fair price for used stuff and took it off their hands.

Try and verify what that powder is if possible by comparing it visually with the same known powder. Better than nothing, that way.

Maybe it is just fine, was he a fastidious reloader? Never know who may have poured what in what container, especially after some started getting sick or otherwise losing their sensibilities.

I felt like I got a good deal and when I looked at the stuff when I got home I thought for a moment I was not being fair, just checking.

I think it was a fair deal, even without the powder. Personally, I would probably use the powder, if I knew the guy to be a competent hand loader. I can understand why some wouldn't, though.

He was a good reloader and shooter, him and his buddies would get up early and take one shot at 700 yds and furthest from the bullseye bought coffee, nobody wanted to buy coffee

If somebody else needs the 7 mag brass thats fine because I really have plenty. But I'm about to go to my gunsmith and pick up my latest build, a 7x57 Mauser and I have no brass.

Sierra 140 Green Spitzer almost full 100 round box

I found 20 primed 7 x 57 Mauser brass that had been fired more than once and there may be some more

Those old round Lee auto primes sell for $35 and up on Ebay. You got a good deal. Congrats.

Good deal. Almost all of my equipment is used. Most reloaders I know take great care of their equipment .
