Ive moved a few back in the day. A three section slate is easier than a one piece.

Industrial doe mixers are worse.

Thanks Mike …..I think I have enough help rounded up but if I take what your saying right it is industrial Doe maker size.... think it's one piece either 7/8 or 1" slate.

Being in the moving business, i will only add,  BE CAREFUL.  It doesnt take much flex to crack the slate or someone to get hurt. Man your going to enjoy that table!  A table like that deserves a You suck

Advice well taken Ron and agree.
We took it apart to hopefully the right point.

Messing up the slate is my worst fear on this

The folks that work at the arcade game companies are not that expensive to hire and they can move heavy stuff in their sleep. I grew up with a pool table, had a lot of fun wig friends, ANYTHING to get a boy off a video game is money well spent

This move was not easy.
The table was an absolute beast. It will permanently reside where it is now.
I pitty the fool that thinks it can go up and out of where it is. My truck was the lowering tool. A lot of time and good ideas were used along the way.

A bit more work and then play time. Very happy with the friends and family on this project.

It was definitely even heavier than expected. The door in the background and 8 inches above it need some fixing.
No big deal the closet that was removed does too.
It will be a great pool room when finished though.
The rest is gravey the beast was subdued.

We already dropped the level on her and the results were shocking. She likes her new home. Took the rest of the day off. Letting a few things set up so it will be 100%
