He makes some pretty good movies albeit with the same underlying theme. Have to keep in my mind that he's anti-gun for the common scum who makes millions with guns....

I agree he makes good movies, but you just have to block out/partition his 2A views and try to appreciate the movie and his acting without letting it ruin it for you. Like with so many Hollywood stars and musicians.
I will wait until it hits NetFlix or Amazon Prime and then I'll watch it.

Just another Hollyweird hypocrite on my do not watch list!!
Danged straight. Same reason, I don't watch Matt Daimon and several others. You can't be against something and then make tens of millions of dollars doing the exact opposite.

I don't watch TV, so I didn't know he swung to the left. That's OK......I'll just wait till it comes out on the web, That way I ain't giving him any money.

Meh. Good actor? Maybe. Sequels aside, is it really acting if you play the same character in every movie? Are they really different movies if they all have the same plot? Wake me up if he does a comedy, or even just something outside of shooting at someone or blowing **** up.
Yes, I realize the irony of this, with my man crush on Clint and the Duke.

I've seen that before, and similar mistakes, on TV and in the movies so much that I pay it no mind anymore.
Agreed. I noticed it, but I realize that shootemups aren't written for folks who actually shoot, they're written for folks who believe that guns are only used by bad guys (wolves) who do bad things to regular folks (sheep) and by the good guys who protect the flock (shepherds). Occasionally, a sheep steps out of character and takes care of business on his/her own, but mostly not.
I watch movies to suspend reality for a short while, but I understand that is exactly what it is, unrealistic. The cut-down rifle? Stupid, but minor (imo) compared to the other bovine output we're supposed to swallow.

What gets me is a rifle with a scope and they try and show the target, except there are no cross-hairs of any kind in the scope. Like looking through a telescope.
Or a AR/Bolt rifle being used with only a Picatinny rail, no scope or sights of any kind.........they must be good at using it fer a sighting plane.
Of course racking the pump shotgun outside a building and then again before firing once inside.
Then the semi-auto pistol they have been firing and the hammer should be cocked, but they seem to need to re-cock every scene or they shoot someone with the hammer down using SA pistols.
And lets not fergit the 'Disassembly Trick' when an adversary is disarmed and in shock to see his slide removed in one quick motion before he can shoot.
And in a lot of movies, the muzzle has a tiny hole in it when they do a closeup about .22 lr size when they are supposed to be shootin a 9mm/.40/.45
And in older movies revolvers with silencers.....well it may cut down the sound decibels some, but not with the cylinder gap and certainly not to the pftttt pfttt level in the sound. Only revolver I know of that might work in is the Russian Nagant which seals the gap and then I don't know how well it would suppress sound.
