    I think it's a very Coen brothers movie.  Lots of violence, some surprise endings.  Six tales, unrelated to one another.  If there is a theme, I suspect it would be "expect the unexpected."

    Buster Scruggs episode was over the top, really funny. The other parts were well done but by no means comedic. I hadn’t seen the big guy from the highlander movie in anything recent.
