Gee, I ever run in to a PETA idiot I'll ask them if they knew there is more than one way to skin a cat........

They do this only to draw attention to themselves and it works-- they got us talking about them.

I bet their biggest critics are the race and gender issues advocates that see in this kind of language a caricature of their claims and agendas, thus in their eyes endangering their messages since they hate not being taken seriously.

Not unwise of PETA to use their same strategies seeing the great public results and the politic leverage such language has given their "ideological partners", but those boys don't like others in their playground, specially if they see their platforms trivialized by a cause that although fairly popular to the general public, attracts relatively little funding and almost no power in the political arena. More than an outrage from the common, "conservative" folk already used to their shenanigans, it's a backlash against them for trying to get a piece of the cake. Media of course will cash on the "controversy" as long as it's useful for their purposes, but in the end, will hardly take their side.

I'll just tell them they're Bat CaCa Crazy. That oughta get their panties in a wad.

I'm really tired of these PC Police. The fact that society even tolerates them shows how far off the bubble we have gotten collectively. We need a reset button.

Man is the jewel in the crown of Creation, if that truth is speciesism, so be it.

I'm going grocery shopping now, bacon is on sale, so I'll be bringing home the bacon. Lots and lots of it. No bagels, no scones.

I'm beginning to understand why animals don't have the power of speech. Talking and having empathy for the less fortunate does absolutely nothing to perpetuate the species.
