I think the talk of closing Field and Stream is a new development. Good for them! I hope they go bankrupt. They deserve it.

Dick's never lost me.  They never had me, because their prices were ridiculous. Their prices (locally) are higher than Gander (Mountain) Outdoors by a fair margin.  That's really saying something, because Gander's prices are stupid...

That said, I can forgive high prices.  **** on a portion of your customer base is retail high treason and is punishable by corporate death.  Tough ****, Dicks. (Apostrophe left out purposely)
