what are the best ear protection to use when shooting

None of the muffs work as well as foam earplugs burried as deep in your ear as you can get them.

you need at least 30 db of protection----use foam ear plugs and muffs at the same time,
esp when you are shooting at a range or with a group of people..

Hmmm - those Brownings apparently claim a 37db NRR, impressive. That's according to one of the reviews, Amazon didn't feel it important to post the number.
