Which method do y'all prefer? My Fobus paddle holster rides so easy on my I usually go open carry around the house and local area. But like today going to a public event with lots of women and kids I chose concealed with my DeSantis IWB.

Living in South Florida always concealed. Even when in a state where legal I do not open carry. If a photographer vest or fanny pack screams shoot me first, what does an exposed gun say?

    ** This **

If I was gonna bushwack someone and he was carrying out in the open, I would just know I would need a better than impromptu plan.

I would like to have the option to open carry in rural areas, but would always conceal carry in urban areas.  In a self defense situation the element of surprise can make a big difference.  But.....since I live in Florida, it is a moot point as by state law I can only conceal carry.....unless I am fishing.....go figure.

Concealed without question.  Open carry is ignorant outside the house.

The one exception is when in the outdoors. Fishing, camping, etc...  raccoons aren't going to try and snatch your gun.

I tried OC as it's legal in my state. Pass. Always concealed.

Unless I am walking in the woods, it makes me too self conscious.

    Concealed.  I don't like advertising.

Concealed except for the woods. Open carry, even if legal, is not always a good idea.

    Concealed, always in public places.
Concealed carry is for protection, open carry is for attention.
