It's a series based on actual events that occurred in Montreal.  Kim Coates gives the most believable performance I've seen in many a day.

It's odd you can make a TV series about the criminal activities of these high profile families but authorities can't seem to prosecute them. Makes me eye-roll like you wouldn't believe.
