Cull buck down

Wife and I had a full house for Thanksgiving weekend. My wife’s friends husband dropped this cull 10 pt this morning.30 yard shot but gut shot it. I tried the quarter out method without gutting it. I did ok on my first one, I’ll need a bit more practice to get down to a fine art. 

Dang its it’s been a nasty wet holiday and I feel I’m coming down with a cold.

Nice deer. Better cold than hot for butchering.

Left over turkey makes good soup. Might not cure a cold but it won't hurt....

Unfortunately I had to work yesterday and all weekend, plus we have a house full of guests, or we'd be in the woods too

He was 4.5 years old, needed him out of the gene pool. Been wanting to take him for the last year or so
