Thank you Gila

A big ole "Thank You" Gila.  A few weeks ago some put a post up on the Onion knife sharpener.  My Buck drop blade has seen too many hogs and deer.  I bought a Waustauf knife sharpener which worked great on my Henkels knives but wouldn't touch the edge on the Buck.  I even tried the old fashion way and it still couldn't get it to the point I could cut myself with it, let alone a piece of paper.

I reached out to a couple board members with the Onion knife sharpener and Gila said send it to him which I did, a long with return postage which he didn't accept and sent back to me.

I got the knife back today.  I've gotta say "wow, it hasn't been this sharp since I got it".  Thank you so much.  It's a bit late but I'm gonna ask Ms. Claus for a late X-mas gift.  I want one of the those Onion sharpeners.  I'm sold!

Brian, again many thanks my friend and Merry Christmas to you and the family!

Work Sharp's Ken Onion edition is da bomb. If you sharpen your knives by hand even just a couple times a year it's worth the investment. For 50 years I was a "hand hone with a high $$ stone" guy. I own a few individual stones that cost 3X the Ken Onion, and I've not seriously touched one for 2-3 years.

It’s an amazing machine!  We have a LOT of owners here and not one that’s not happy with the purchase.
