Well it won't let me edit the poll, so if you use a tablet of some sort, that'll be a phone vote. Same-ish platform.

    Damnit, I'd say phone/tablet coincide.

Laptop.  My phone is mostly a phone.  My brain has not yet really made the jump to considering it a computer. . .and I like keyboards.

I should also add, because its not meant to be a secret and won't affect the poll, I'm asking because this website seems to be geared more towards every platform other than phones. Somebody else mentioned the search function missing and then another person said its right across the top. I don't see it and I'm a phone user too, so naturally I figured its there for the PC folks. I also inquired about changing my avatar/picture a while ago. People said how to do it, but I can't do it either with my phone. Just wanting to see who they should pander the site to the most.

Actually I use my phone quite a bit too and it’s great on my iPhone.  It works much better if you use the phone vertical as opposed to horizontal.

I rarely if ever use my home desktop. Only to store pics.
I only go to my work office about once a month. Recently given a ToughPad to use at home, but only for work stuff. That and a work iPhone for email

Pretty much, only use my iPhone for personal web stuff.

I struggle mightily using the site with my phone. The draft saved popup blocks my text. I can't tell when its still downloading and press the wrong thing well the screen images bounce up and down. Blah blah blah on and on. I generally figure any problems Im having are caused by me. And if there's any doubt, my son informs me of my old man failings. He thinks it particularly funny that I type with one finger. So yea, I just trudge along unable to adapt to the modern world. No big deal......

I use a Surface Pro which is equally at home as either a tablet or laptop.  And times like now when I am at my desk and the Surface is in it's docking station connected to an external monitor, it becomes a PC.

The Surface is a good machine. As much as I cuss Microsoft (and Apple), I've always thought highly of Microsoft's hardware division, dating back to the Apple ][ days. Its smaller than I personally like, but well made and it runs a "real" operating system that you can get "real" software for. Apple has nothing like it because they won't run OS X on their tablets.

PC running Windows 10.  I've tried using a Macbook, but can't stand the damn thing.  I can't imagine using a phone.  God only knows what I'd end up posting.

I'm curious what you didn't like about the Mac. I have my own reasons for being annoyed with Apple and Microsoft both, but for average users, Apple usually gives a better experience.

I don't care for Safari, and I hate the stupid mouse pad.  I know I could add a mouse, and probably download a different browser, but I'm used to Windows and fine with that.

I voted PC, but my computers are all Apple. My main use is an IMac, but I sometimes use a 17" Mac Book Pro when I'm out of town.

Safari is a buggy piece of crap - but its better than it used to be. I use Firefox across all platforms. I cuss at it too, but it seems to be the least bad of the major browsers - they've been  in a race to the bottom with Chrome for the last several years, de-contenting as they go.
As for track pads, I don't like any of them on any laptop. Sometimes they're a necessary evil, but I use a real mouse whenever I can.

I voted laptop as that is what I was using at the moment, but up until last week it was a Chromebook or phone.  No search on the phone but everything else works great.

I use a phone the majority of the time. Up until around 5 years ago I used a laptop with Windows 8 and 10. First thing I did with the laptop was install Firefox. I don't really care for Chrome. I run Firefox on my phone as well and it's been running acceptably well ever since.
I learned to use the phone since I'm mobile a lot. I did the travel laptop thing for awhile but that got old. Since the bulk of my work just required an internet connection and a way to transfer emails back and forth, a smartphone does that job nicely. No more carrying a laptop bag for simple things. I still have a laptop and I still use it but not for trivial things.

What is this iPhone you speak of? JK, I use a PC win 10 and that causes enough grief for me. I retired from Telco and phones were for talking most of the years I worked. They still are for me...

I'd say the web designers knew what they were doing when they geared the place for platforms other than mobile phones. I'm personally not a computer guy. I can't deal with anything bigger than a tablet and I sure as hell ain't going to sit at a table with a PC. Just my preference though.

I usually employ my work's PC but since this "slow motion apocalypse" began I'm using my phone; don't wanna mess with wife's laptops since they are used to work and remote schooling for the twins.
