Quickie upgrade for the Rossi 92 .357

This took abut 5 minutes.  Very good quality saddle ring from Beartooth Mercantile, Wyoming.  I'm planning to get back on the saddle again soon and this rifle will be seeing some scabbard time.  Besides I've always liked the look of a saddle ring on lever guns.

High quality item, good price and drop in install.


Replaces the trigger screw.  You have to take the stock off and pin the spring back before you fully take the original screw out.



Super careful to use good gunsmith screwdrivers.  REALLY don't want to mar the GORGEOUS blue/polish on this gun.

Do you tie a special knot in the tie down so it can be drawn out quickly???

That rifle has a very nice finish. I didnt realize they were so good.

Yep, they also have a "Safety Delete" saddle ring for Marlins.  I didn't know such a thing existed

You May want to look into a proper sling for that now...... the original one point sling.

Nice job, and very nice finish indeed!; my old Rossi 92 "Puma" came as a SRC from the factory, but will look to replace the safety button of the 1894c with the ring described above.
