Bacon Wrapped Dove stuffed with innards stuffed in Bacon Wrapped Duck. sitting on a bed of onions, shrooms, and cilantro. Covered in Stovetop Stuffing and butter. Wrapped and cooked at 350 for 1.5 hrs. 

We will see.

Awesome looking way to cook a duck. Wish we had dove here, I would definitely try that.

I guess I am in the same boat as you Zee regarding no meat shortage.

We dropped to what we call level 3 lockdown last monday....Hunting was permitted on private property within the region you live.

Went hunting last tuesday with BH. We got two deer. a Fallow Buck and a Spiker. Went back on saturday and got a Red Deer Spiker and another Fallow buck.

No shortage of meat for us.

That looks like a great meal Zee. Love some bacon wrapped birds- especially quail.

Not meat shortage at my house either. I still have 1 freezer full(already emptied 1) and we are about 90 days until the start of our 4.5 month long deer season. I have also been supplying friends with hogs- have taken 11 off my 43 acres since January. 
Our offshore fishing has kicked in and it's time for me to refill that freezer with mahi, wahoo, grouper and snapper.
