What to do

So our primary is over for an empty senate seat and now I get to choose between a rino and a liberal. We had choices in the primary but the republican leaders pushed for the rino and he won. The republican party calls from time to time wanting money and they wonder why people like me hang up. The older I get the more cynical I am.

The depressing thing to me is that the Libertarian Party, with their message of "Our major platform item is to stay out of your lives" can't gain any traction. It seems that meddling and resistance of same is how our system is wired.

Every time until you run yourself. If you agree with anyone 100% of the time, one of you is a liar.

This year, though, I'm definitely voting for the man I want to stay in the white house. As for the congressional seat and senate seat, both will probably go red whether I vote or not. I'm ok with that.
