Don't sweat it, Jerry....it's likely neither the coffee or you. In my experience, although I love Texas, in most Texas regions the water itself sucks. Hard to overcome that.

Probably so, Mike. Although I grew up on the oil patch where the water was very good. About 50 miles south, though, the water was hardly potable.

Restaurant coffee in this town is terrible. The only way I can make it palatable is to add cream and sugar.
