Shooting Rest

I’ve been shooting off of either a bipod or a very old Caldwell Rock rifle rest for the past who knows how many years and am ready to upgrade. 

I want a good solid bench type rest. No real set budget. 

Recommendations?

I looked at those once. I just honestly don’t think I need or could fully utilize a $1,000+ rest. Nor do I want to wait how ever many months it is now to get one.

Knowing you said you're wanting to upgrade from the Caldwell Rock, I'll throw this out there. 
A while back, I ordered the Rock BR. It's been a really good rest for me so far. It does have windage adjustment and solid, smooth elevation adjustment. It is definitely not in the category of the other rests mentioned. But I've been happy with it. I went from using front and rear bags to this, so it was a noticeable difference. But may be worth a look for someone who has a mind to keep the budget at the lower end but still get a solid rest. And, for some reason, it's $25 cheaper when bought with the rear bag at Midway than just buying the rest alone..

I've never owned a Sinclair, but I've shot BR comps off a few. I can attest to their quality, regardless of model.
