    Have you seen the video of I think Keith Warren shooting a doe and supposedly just misses the head and the shockwave blows the eyes out and kills the deer lol.

    i have heard is name mentioned here in the past, but I have no clue who he is...I guess that is a good thing.

    When I lived in West by God Virginia I worked with a guy who videoed a doe that he killed using a Lahti  20mm.  Field dressing consisted of trimming off the shards of hide that still connected the hindquarters together.  At normal speed it was a Now You See It, Now You Don't video.  In slow motion you could make out the explosion of the chest and the ferns behind her spring back up painted red after being gusted over.

    Is what I carried the next morning. If I jumped her again......she was getting both barrels. 
    Every time I jumped her the night before was sub 20 yards in thick brush. Figured I’d give this a try if need be. 
    You need to take a deer straight up with that.  Slug or buckshot.
