She was the main reason I watched Gilligan's Island. It was a funny show but Mary Ann was the star in my opinion.

Grew up watching that show after school as I recall. Mary Ann was by far the best character in the cast.
Probably my first celebrity crush. Well maybe a toss up between her and Susan Dey of the Partridge family show.
