Family range day.
Today was definitely the longest outing ever for me.
I started out this morning with my nephew and his son. His sons first time with anything other than a bb gun.
The bb gun taught him something as he did very good.
BTW clementines and cci stingers are a lot of fun together.
Between us we had 3 great kids 22's My nephew had the old winchester 04 I gave him as a first gun and I brought an Anschutz woodchucker and Stevens crackshot.
The boy is 10 and the last gun he shot was the 38-55.
He centerpunched the target.
With what I call my big AL rounds.
I peeled the target handed him the brass and said those are keepers and show his grandfather.....my brother.
Oh big AL what do you think of the Springfield.

Niece and her husband.
My niece started pretty new and was a jackrabbit to start and a lion at the end.
The progress in one range session had to be 10000%
It a long story but damn what a start for her.
I was going to try a day this week. The weather's not cooperating....
My nephew took videos real good ones. One was firing it.
The gun is a pussycat.
Sunny low wind and 60's.
Took full advantage today.
Between. Them I had 6 hours range time.
Still trying to get over being bested by a 10 year old though.
I am missing one of my HS target pistols though
She still has to work on not breaking her wrist down a bit.
Was literally just prowling the web for a Ruger Bearcat, thinking that would be an awesome first revolver.
My niece was so scared my sister/her mother couldn't get her to come down today. I have a very good bond with her so I tried and she came. Promises were made kept and the transformation was just amazing.
Of course the 10 year old was still at the house before we left and I was picking out the handguns to take
He did say he wanted to try them too.
Even being small It shot better than most Glocks I've tried.
Didn't hit to POA but he was pretty happy when I said we'd fix that.
My BIL just sent me this.
A target stand he just made
