    My thought was, loading in a revolver it would be obvious,  but easy to jam in a magazine without seeing it.
    While I consider it practice ammo only, I can see someone loading this in their SD gun especially now that ammo is in short supply

    I actually have some Georgia ammo I periodically use in my HD gun. I don't think its reloaded though. Its new. I think.

    They sell both new and factory remanufactured ammo.
    They used to purchase brass from DoD. But not sure if they still do. There is a bunch of misinformation out there.

    I sometimes load ammo like that... On purpose, to use as practice ammo (practicing revolver reloads) but I take a Sharpie to the brass so it can't be mistaken as real loaded ammo.
    Only ever seen that happen with gun show ammo. Now I just reload all my own.

    I have come across big name factory stuff like that before as well.  Its amazing some of the stuff that makes it through QC.

    Nope. No powder or primer.  If powder was dumped, it went straight through

    I had a 45acp like that in a class once. The firing pin stuck inside the flash channel. 
    Aim higher, or get a bigger gun.
