Never had any leading. But Im using Oregon Trail bullets. Hard lead. And mine are 45acp. Slow speed.

I'm loading lighter rounds mostly for range ammo but I'm thinking something happened to 1 round a double feed would be almost impossible the way I load ALMOST I'm thinking I expanded the barrel so it had to be a bad round and I do check my ammo with a gauge but as it goes nothing is impossible I'm going to call Sig tomorrow and see what they say

I run at least 300 of the exact rounds yesterday as I was playing with 10mm and trying out the new bbl for my Glock 20 and run a bunch through it

It might be good to know if the same symptoms accompany factory ammo.
