9mm Suppressor Ejection

Simply put, my new 9mm can is causing my Glock 19 to eject brass all over the place.  While it functions ok, a few of them seem to have been ejected directly into my forehead.

Any ideas how to mitigate the issue?  I was using 115 grain Winchester White box practice ammo.

You could take a small diamond file and knock the edge off the right side of the ejector. Very little at a time.

See what 147 grain will do for you. Being subsonic, it'll work shushier than 115 anyway.
