After long search I finally decided to ask for a help from the people who knows a lot about weapons and optics for it. I am owner of Bergara Premier HMR .308 Win for not very long. Mostly I shoot at the local range and I there I've tried some of scopes and decide to add such modification to my rifle. My final choice fell on https://tacticsfaq.com/vortex-strike-eagle-vs-primary-arms-1-6/. Please, help me with advice which one suits better

I have no idea which would suit you better...You haven't told us enough to be able to even have a opinion one way or the other.
Maybe neither of these scopes would suit you...
Help us out here and give us some usable information

I'm not planning on making shots out to 1000 yards at this time i don't feel the need to drop over $1000 on the best piece of glass i could get. Im looking to get into a good scope that i could grow with in the $500-600 price range that would be more than enough for my current needs. Just want to choose good optics for hunting not big game animals

    Typical hunting distance?
Do you plan to holdover/MPBR or dial?
    not familiar with Primary.
I would lean towards the Vortex

Distance is around 200-300 yards, I also guess that Vortex will be optimal for such aims

Truth is, unless you're competing in benchrest, at 200-300 yards almost any scope will do. I routinely shot prairie dogs at 400+ yards with a .223 Rem sporting a 4-14X Bushnell Legend that cost, at the time, a whole $150. Misses were few and far between and never scope related. No way would I sink $1K in a scope for a rifle that going to be shot at a max of 200-300 yards. Depending on the size of your target that's mpbr.

Interesting scope selection for such a rifle.
Could have spent less on the rifle for such distances. But hey, we likes what we like.
    I’d go Vortex.

    Yup Vortex
I have the vortex strike eagle and find it fine for what you have planned
