    It establishes both legal precedent and case law.  If CA is smart they will not appeal to a higher court.  They don’t want this to go to SCOTUS.

    In their world, you can move out and be in your own home at 18, but can't defend that home with anything but baseball bats and golf clubs until you're 21. Ya really have to wonder about these people.

    As far as I know, they've given up on trying to lower the voting age to 16. :#
