Got a file? bevel the edge or with a bit more work, put a longer taper to it. Should slip under an egg pretty as you please.

Too bad you didn't post this sooner
I threw away two or three that you would have liked. I taped them to an extension pole to adjust the A/C vents in the 22 foot ceiling.

It still wouldn't be flexible - but that might be better than nothing.

All the new steel spatulas I've used, especially the steel ones, lack the thin springlike action of the older ones.  Basically what allowed grandma to peel off her crispy fried eggs off the bottom of her well seasoned cast iron egg pan with zero effort and no scraping/scoring of the seasoning.  I think that's a byproduct of softer, more stainless and easier to stamp steels they use these days

Not that I can help you with this one.  However, I've been meaning to order some egg mcmuffin pans to make them at home.  Thanks for the reminder!

They sell an insert for the InstaPot/Ninja Foodi if you have one of them.  Apparently works for eggs Benedict too.  I'm probably ordering one this week.

I’m going to try that this weekend when the wife is available for cleanups… 😎
Before ya ruin any eggs buy a can of Spam cut off a piece 1/2" thick and flip some Spam.

Just use the heel piece from a loaf of bread.  Tip the pan away from you and down so the slice of bread slides forward and as the edge of the slice starts riding up the front edge of the pan you give the pan a little forward thrust and up.  When you get the slice of bread to flip over nice and gentle (not doing a somersault in mid air) you are ready for eggs.  It helps when you place the eggs in the pan to tilt the handle edge down so the yolks are positioned to the back side of the pan and let the whites start to set a little before you set the pan flat so the whites spread out. Then when you do the flip the white is traveling up and back but the yolks are just rolling over without getting airborne.

Not a bad idea to actually do the flipping part over the sink - makes clean up a lot easier if you muck it up.

I thought a spatula was one of those flat rubber things that you used with cake batter. But regardless of whatchacallit, the ridiculous thickness and non-flexiblity of the modern ones is stupid - probably designed by a smartphone owner... ;):D
