Dinner tonight…

Alone for dinner tonight and I THOUGHT about stopping to get some take-out until I remember this was in the fridge…. Venison loin covered in my blend of dry spices for 3 days in the fridge.  No vegetables or sauces are invited to this dinner.  No plate needed either 😎

The pooch got a few bites 🤣

Followed by a big cup of Café con Leche (NOT LATTE!!!) using the same brand I've been drinking since I was 4.  There are 2 DOUBLE shots of expresso in that cup

Chicken is fine BUT crap coffee is banned in my house...  I probably have 5 different way to brew coffee and a whole cabinet just designated for coffee

My dinner was a few beers while working in the shop, then a grilled ribeye and pasta salad for dessert.

Ate at Cheesecake Factory..... was terrible.

Should have stayed home and made
