Cassette tapes? How about 8 track? Stepenwolf, Magic Carpet Ride.

My '64 Ford Galaxy XL had an 8 track Quadraphonic Stereo mounted in the console.

My brothers and sister had 8 tracks. I hit the beginning of the cassette era. I put an aftermarket cassette deck and speakers in every car I owned until 2000

Hey what about 4 track tapes, my grandson asked me for my 4 track player and my tapes.
Don't think he has done anything with them.

Alice's Restaurant Rocks!  Wow... a great intro and over 20 minutes long.

When you think it's over, it’s only one third done.

Heard it today, had forgotten how good the intro to "Ride Like the Wind" is.

Colonial roots showing I guess but for me, it's
    Led Zep- whole lotta love
Stones - Gimme shelter, Satisfaction,, Can't you hear me Knocking ,as a mater of fact just about anything from "Sticky Fingers"
Kinks- Lola, You really got me.
    Beatles then Aerosmith- Helter skelter.
Hendrix- Little Wing and Voodoo Chile. Hey Joe is just a Masterpiece.
Then you got Guns n Roses intro to Knocking on Heavens door,
It just could go on and on.
The flight was uneventful, which is what one wants when one is transporting an Elephant.

Yes but has anyone seen one of these?  It's a 2 track tape and player.  My dad bought me one of these when I was a kid but they never did take off.

    It’s a °IIIII° thing 😎
