Censoring pornography (and that's what we're talking about here) is best accomplished at the household level (where it is your right and responsibility to do so). That task is fairly easy with all the internet filters and TV rating and blocking available to parents. For government to censor pornography on the internet, they would have to impose the total control that is seen in countries like China and Saudi Arabia. Basically, if it's not on the government approved list, you can't see it. Such controls are completely contrary to the values this nation was founded upon. You control what is appropriate for view in your house, not the government and not your neighbor.

Once again, please refrain from cutting short any baseless totally emotional arguments with facts. It leads to boring, completely objective conversations well beyond the comprehension ability of many.

I disagree. The better analogy is having guns in the house without a safe and kept loaded and easily accessible and allowing your kids free, unsupervised acess to the unfiltered internet. There are plenty of cheap and effective internet filters that will block 99% of the bad stuff. Sure they aren't 100% perfect, but neither are safes. Take some responsibility and stop trying to use the government to try and restrict other peoples rights.
Nope, someone I don't know is not sticking AK's through my window when I leave it open a crack, nor are they trying to open the window after I lock it. If you know anything about the internet, (cause you know nothing about kids) then you know that those industries are doing their dangdest to make those cracks to put stuff through. RE spiderman search.

Show me IN ANY CONSTITUTION (state or fed) where you have a right to free access to porn.

Like I said before, you want a Popeye right arm and a left handed mouse, go for it. You figure out how to not step on MY rights to raise my family as I see fit. Sure, I can spend my money on internet filters, take my time to do it so you can do whatever you want, but that is the point. You are taking away from me to have a "good" time.

What is the difference between this and trespassing? If I dont want you on my property, you have no right to be there, IN ANY FORM. It is NOT my responsibility to post signs OR inform every 1d10t that is "lost". If they want to be in the woods, then they should know where they are. If you buy a 4 wheeler, then it is NOT my problem if you only have 2 acres and your brats are riding on other peoples property, it is YOUR responsibility to know where your 4 wheeler is going if you are on it or not.. If you are putting junk on the internet, then it is your responsibility to know where it is going.
It's boring, and your lack of creativity knows no bounds.

Show me IN ANY CONSTITUTION where you have the right to internet access without being offended?

Internet access is a choice not a right. If you make the CHOICE to allow the internet into your house, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to put in place the proper rules/filters/precautions to protect your own kids.
