One More Trip to the Range with the 8x57 Mauser Sporter

I loaded up about twenty rounds this morning at varying powder charges for my 8x57 Mauser with BLC-2 Powder and 150 Grain Hornady Interlock Bullets with CCI 200 Primers in my once fired (by me) Wolf Cases. I started off with 51 grains of powder working my way up 1 grain at a time until I got to 53 grains. Then I slowed down to .5 grains. Then I slowed to .2 grains. from 54.2, 54.4, 54.6, 54.8 and then finally at 55 grains. The load came off the Hodgdon sight. It lists 55 grains of BLC-2 behind a 150 grain Hornady Interlock Bullet with a Muzzle Velocity of 2968. I'll go to the range in the morning and sight in this load. I think it'll be good deer-hog medicine for sure.

I know this part belongs in Hunting, but since I've been talking about working the load up for this rifle, I'll just add this note. I'm going to take the rifle and loads out to my friends and see if we can kill a hog tomorrow night.
Daddy, what's an enabler?
Son that's somebody with nothing to do with his time but keep me in trouble with mom.
