Got another yote this AM

This makes 7 for the year so far. Tipped him right over a 250 yards off a hog I shot Thursday evening as bait. The .22-250rem. 55gr. Ballistic Silver Tip hit him in the center of the shoulder with him slightly quartering forward, bullet did not exit or even release a drop of blood.

That's actually a really good looking coyote for a summer pelt...I bet he would have been one to keep if he was primed up...Nice shootin partner....

I wanted to get a pic of the pig but I shot him right before dark so I put him at my bait sight and planed on taking pics in the morning but the buzzards tore him up before I could get to him. He was to nasty for a pic by then. He weighed probably around 180 pounds. I shot him in the neck with the .223 using 55gr V-maxes at about 60 yards of so.
