I have a Sears & Roebuck 30/30 Model# 101.53521 Bolt Action.
I need a clip that will fit.
Also how much is it worth?

Its a Savage 340, so mags for a savage 340/Springfield 840 are what you are looking for. I have the Springfield in 222R and IMHO value wise, not a lot. They were cheap rifles that perform adequately for general use. The Savage branded was more costly than the Springfield, don't know about Sears.

www.ammoclip.com has them for 38.00. I've bought magazines from them in the past and they had some obscure Mossberg magazines that I couldn't find anywhere else and their prices were within reason.

They're out there, just google the web. Worth is what you can get for it. Probably <$200. I bought one in .22 Hornet last year in mint condition for $175.

Currently they do show the mag in 30-30 in stock. By tomorrow or even in a few hours, they may not have it. On hard to find stuff like that if you think long, you think wrong. (the .22 hornet was also 38.00 but out of stock. Probably bought up by the people that are selling them for 175.00.)
