  Found that out with my grandchildren they don't get it that flashlights need to be turned off

  Well, you had the sense to buy the Ferrari, but they DO take premium gas, you know. . . :fiddle:
  
  Tip: buy the batteries direct from Surefire in boxes of 12 or more. Lots cheaper that way.

  I bought a box of the batteries from surefire when I bought the light. I was beginning to wonder if it was a good idea because the batteries have lasted for so long. I didn't think they would ever wear out. Little girl took care of that so I cracked open a fresh set and am back in business.

  You should be replacing them once a year anyways, like with your smoke detector batteries. She did you a favor! Don't you want it to work NOW when you need it? I let everyone else use the AA LED flashlight. The surefire is MINE!

  Buy then on bulk and you will save a lot of money.
