Border security problems!

Got this one in an email - - - - - -shocking!

While hiking down along the border this morning, I saw a Muslim

extremist fall into the Rio Grande River ; he was struggling to stay

afloat because of all the guns and bombs he was carrying. Along

with him was an illegal Mexican who was also struggling to stay

afloat because of the large backpack of drugs that was strapped to

his back.

If they didn't get help, they'd surely drown. Being a responsible Texan

and abiding by the law to help those in distress, I informed the El Paso

County Sheriff 's Office and Homeland Security. It is now 4 PM, both

have drowned, and neither authority has responded. I'm starting to

think I wasted two stamps..

This one would be a little more believable if the Rio Grande was more than knee-deep!

The post office can be maddeningly slow at times.
If the U.S. Congress was put in charge of the Sahara Desert, there would be a shortage of sand in under six months.

Ya got that right Teach, I have to go I10 west out of Las Cruces, NM to get to the range, and I cross over a section of the Rio Grande. Its Low, Low, Low, due to the drought and hot weather in this part of the USA this year. If the Rio Grande keeps going in this direction, all the illeagals can walk across it......in a couple of years!!!!

In that case, we're going to have to start calling them "wet-ankles", right"?

It would be a lot less expensive to make all of the uninhabited areas along the border 5-mile-wide artillery/bombing practice ranges, and concentrate our Border Patrol forces in the areas we can't shoot into. "Go ahead, drug smugglers- - - - -Make my day!"
