Eric Holder just played what he thinks is his trump card, calling on his boss to cover his butt with the ultimate stonewall- - -executive privelege. He's obviously protecting a direct involvement by Obummer and/or his top aides in setting up the gunrunning. This just might have as much effect on things as Watergate did, but I doubt if Congress will have enough backbone to press the issue. Of course, all the liberal apologists are going to yell "politics", which is to be expected. Maybe enough stink will rub off on Obummer to make him lose the election, and then the crooks can be brought to justice by a more honest administration. Throw all the bums out!

Well, we can hope that there are enough Congresscritters from both parties with sufficient backbone to pass the Contempt of Congress resolution. A border agent is dead and probably several hundred(thousand?) Mexican citizens dead or wounded from this idiotic program. Time for some answers, and way the *^%*^$* *%#* past time for the victims and families to get the justice they deserve for this stinking mess. Those involved in the gun walking scheme are mentally deficient and morally bankrupt.

Teach, I saw some of this on several news channels yesterday, and I am totally discussed with Eric Holder, and Odummy. Odummy has misued and abused,every aspect of his Presidency. We all know that,yet there are some that absolutely refuse to believe that.... I said from the beginning that Odummy was involved in someway with the Fast & Furious scheme that went wrong. They should have never never never implicated and executed a hair brain dangerous scheme like this.. The bottom line is that one of our very own border agents was murder.... Something needs to be done and someone needs to be held responsible for Border Patrol agent Brian Terry's death.
... I have also maintained that Odummy needs AG Eric Holder to protect his phonie baloney job too. Now Holder needs Odummy to protect him.

Odummy knows that by invoking executive privileges, that he is admitting that he lied about the knowledge of the program, there by opening himself up to the impeachment process, by lying about it in the first place, he knows that if the current gop house leadership tries to impeach him that he will win re-election in the process

In case you have never heard of a logical fallacy, they are quite simple to understand. As the dictionary defines it, a logical fallacy is "a misconception resulting from incorrect reasoning."
The Left loves to roll them out all the time, as I am certain you are aware. Today, however, with President Obama declaring executive privileges on damning documents concerning Fast and Furious, liberals have relied very heavily on one specific fallacy: tu quoque.
Tu quoque, or "you too," is very simple to understand as well. It's pretty much being a hypocrite; it is when someone does something wrong, then says that no one can correct them because they did it too. So, for example, if a former smoker tells someone to quit smoking because it is unhealthy, the other person will say, "You used to smoke, therefore you have no authority and smoking is healthy."
When it comes to Fast and Furious and executive privileges, the Left attempts to defend the indefensible by arguing tu quoque as much as humanly possible. One extremely common fallacy is displayed below, taken from the Huffington Post

My main hope is that, if Obama is defeated, the Republicans won't let the whole thing drop, like they usually do. It's time to start putting people in jail for this kind of BS, and playing hardball against those who want to nullify the Constitution. Besides, if they do drop it, it pretty much proves that the whole thing was purely political.
