Guns in the news - Shooting in San Antonio

This happened Tuesday outside Cowboys dance hall. So far the reports seem to point to a legal shoot with a guy defending himself against 4 attackers; we'll see how it pans out. You can tell he studied in his CHL class by the way he gives his story to the police.

The gun was in his truck out in the parking lot according to the story which is legal. Cops say no charges filed on the shooter but assault charges are being brought against the attackers.

Good deal.
Right! Gotta suck for the attackers, get shot then charges with assault too.

Same here but they said in the video that the gun was not "registered" to the guy.
I know I was totally supprised the media added some totally useles hype to make the story sound a little more intruiging; they have never done that before.

Running towards the victim doesn't sound too smart to me. "Hey, Jose just got shot by that guy! Let's run over there and try to keep beating on him!" You would think at least that Ventilated Perp #2 would stop after seeing 2 of his buddies go down, but nooooo......
"Authorities say 28-year-old Jose A. Jaquez died in the parking lot. The other two men were taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center; one in critical condition, the other in serious condition."
There is no need to elaborate further.
